At Chad’s Beauty Bar, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To continue providing exceptional service to every guest, I kindly ask that you respect the following appointment policy. Cancellations * Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. No-Show Appointments * Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * Future appointments may require prepayment. Late Arrivals * If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other guests. * If rescheduling is necessary due to lateness, the cancellation fee may apply. Color Corrections & Extension Services * All appointments lasting 3 hours or longer, including extension installations, color corrections, and major blonding services, require a non-refundable booking deposit. The deposit will be applied toward your service total. Emergencies I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion in the event of illness, family emergencies, or severe weather. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business.
